HOT means the overnight bid just got stronger. something changed in the last few weeks and the money is moving faster than it was. GEMS are the names that have been quietly bid every night for years while the daytime tape goes nowhere. pure institutional structure, no retail noise. DIVERGENCE means the stock is fading in price but the overnight bid is accelerating. someone is buying the weakness after hours and not telling you why. that is the most interesting case. the tape doesn't lie. it just doesn't explain itself.

ON% tells you what share of a name's total movement over five years happened overnight, while the market was closed. if it's high, the real game is being played while you sleep. MOMENTUM means overnight wins tend to cluster. one good night follows another. MEAN REVERSION means the opposite. a big overnight move tends to fade the next night. know which one you're dealing with before you hold anything overnight.

Gap Fill is how often the daytime session reverses what happened the night before. high gap fill means the overnight move doesn't hold. low gap fill means it does. that's the whole trade.

this is a research inventory. some of these findings are thin. some are deep. the n count tells you how much to trust it. low n means the pattern is real but not yet proven. high n means it has survived enough time to be taken seriously.
